To retrieve your user code, enter the email address associated with your clicSÉQUR account. To do so, go to the clicSÉQUR interface. Click on "I have forgotten my user code" and follow the instructions.
Reminder: It is important that the email address associated with your clicSÉQUR account be an address to which you will always have access, even if you change employers. Otherwise, you may have difficulty accessing your file if you forget your clicSÉQUR user code or password.
If you have your user code, but have forgotten your password, a temporary password will be forwarded to you. Follow the instructions that appear by clicking on "I have forgotten my password" after entering your user code.
We recommend that you take note of your user code and password, as you will have to go back to your profile on a regular basis.
Creating a new account
If neither of these 2 retrieval options worked, your final option is to create a new account.
To do so, go to the clicSÉQUR interface. Click on "Create an account" in the "I am a new user" field and follow the instructions. Once you have accessed the online Collection Agent Representative Certification Management service, select "I already hold a collection agent representative certificate."
You will then have to enter various information to verify your identity (first name, last name, certificate number, date of birth), click on "Retrieve file" and answer a security question. You will then have access to your already existing profile in the online Collection Agent Representative Certification Management service.
