You must inform the Office de la protection du consommateur if your contact information changes or if you are working for a new travel agency.

New contact information

You must provide us with your personal contact information, not that of the agency. If there are any changes, you must notify us within 15 days.

How to make changes:

  1. Click on the Access the online Travel Counsellor Certification service button from the Travel Counsellor Certification Management service page.
  2. Enter your clicSÉQUR user code and password.
  3. Once you have accessed your account, click on the Contact information tab.
  4. Change your contact information and click on the Submit button.

Affiliation with a new travel agency

Are you working for a new travel agency? Here is how to notify us of any changes:

  1. Click on the Access the online Travel Counsellor Certification service button from the  Travel Counsellor Certification Management service page.
  2. Enter your clicSÉQUR user code and password.
  3. Once you have accessed your account, click on the Contractual relationship tab.
  4. If you are already linked to an agency, you must first remove your affiliation by clicking on the "Terminate my contractual relationship" button. Otherwise, go directly to the next step.
  5. Click on the "Add a contractual relationship" button and follow the steps to update the information in your file and select the establishment where you will work. You will need to licence number of the travel agency you wish the affiliate to.
