Merchants are required to respect the agreed-upon delivery date of an item or service purchased by phone or by mail.

Your rights in case of delivery delays

You should first try to negotiate with the merchant. If you can’t reach an agreement, you may be able to cancel your purchase when the merchant does not respect delays provided by law. For more information, see Conditions to cancel a phone or mail purchase.
