We answer calls in the order they are received, regardless of their point of origin.

As we operate a small scale call centre, the average waiting time to speak to a consumer protection agent is 10 minutes. Waiting times vary based on the flow and the nature of the calls. Generally speaking, waiting times are longer on Monday mornings as well as between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., regardless of the day of the week.

Exceptionally, the written information request service may be slightly slowed due to the holiday season.

The Office replies to written information requests within 7 business days.

If your question requires a quick reply or concerns a complex situation, it is best to contact us by telephone to speak to an officer. This person will be able to ask you specific questions in connection with your problem in order to provide you with proper guidance and a complete reply.
