Section 22 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies and the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information stipulate that a public body must publish information on the contracts it has concluded which involve an expenditure exceeding $25,000. The Office updates the list of contracts for which it is responsible on a monthly basis.
List of contracts over $25,000
The following list shows all the contracts over $25,000 that were granted by the Office since April 2009 sorted by contract type.
The links to this list bring you to the Système électronique d’appel d’offres – SEAO (Electronic call for tenders system). The links also provide access to the notices and call for tender documents associated with the contracts, where applicable.
- Award for peer-to-peer contract (Click on English for results);
- Award notice following an invitation to tender: none;
- Award notice following a public invitation to tender: one contract was awarded in 2009-2010 by the Centre de services partagés du Québec –CSPQ (Québec shared services centre) for an electronic document management solution (Click on English for results).
The CSPQ is in charge of awarding supply contracts superior to $25,000.
