Coupons or vouchers purchased on group purchasing sites have expiry dates.

Only the amount of the discount can have an expiry date. Make sure you are aware of this date. The amount you paid to buy the coupon, however, remains valid as long as you have not used the coupon.

For example: you paid $400 for a voucher valid for a laser hair removal treatment worth $2000. The $400 you spent can be used to purchase services from the same merchant, even if the discount is no longer valid.
