You can try to reduce unsolicited e-mails, postal offers and phone calls by taking various steps.

Telephone solicitation

You can register with Canada's National Do Not Call List. This service is administered by the Government of Canada.

Postal solicitation

You can register with the Canadian Marketing Association’s Do Not Mail Service.

Spam

Canada's anti-spam legislation protects consumers and businesses from the misuse of digital technology, including spam.

Among other things, you can report spam to the Government of Canada’s Spam Reporting Centre.
