The Charter of the French language and its regulations govern the consultation of English-language content.
If this is your first log in to the clicSÉQUR interface, you must obtain a user code and password. To do so, click on the "Create an account" button located in the "I am a new user" field and follow the instructions.
Once you have created your account, you will be redirected to the Office's website. Then, click on "I wish to obtain a travel counsellor certificate" and complete the certification management file as indicated. You will then have to take an exam.
Read this before creating an account
It is important that the email address associated with your clicSÉQUR account be an address to which you will always have access, even if you change employers. Otherwise, you may have difficulty accessing your file if you forget your clicSÉQUR user code or password.
In addition, we recommend that you take note of your user code and password, as you will have to go back to your profile on a regular basis.
