In case of trip cancellation
When purchasing your trip:
- your travel agent must give you a written document, like an advertising brochure, stating the conditions for a refund or no refund in case of cancellation;
- you may be told these conditions verbally if the services are requested less than seven days before your trip begins and other than in the travel agent's presence (e.g. phone reservation).
Except in situations beyond the travel agent's control, no trip can be cancelled by the agent without giving the client at least seven (7) days prior notice.
