Travel agent's individual surety
Anyone holding a travel agent's, retailer's or wholesaler's licence must pay an individual surety to the Office.
If your travel agent has not met his obligations towards you, you can receive compensation or a refund from his individual surety. If it is insufficient, the difference will be taken from the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents.
