Incidental contract
The merchant cannot force you to purchase an item or materials needed for the activities covered in your main contract from him.
If you decide to buy from this merchant, he must give you a written contract if the cost of your purchase exceeds $100.
This contract must contain the following information:
- date and place the contract was signed;
- description of materials;
- cash price of each item;
- taxes applicable;
- total amount payable;
- any mentioned required by law.
